Terms of Service for Circuit Sort
The short version: you can play Circuit Sort for personal use. The game is free with ads. Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase in the shop, made through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow that store's policy. Rewarded ads and power-ups are optional. The game comes as is.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Brock Hall, the independent developer who publishes Circuit Sort as OrehRuoy ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using Circuit Sort, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Circuit Sort on devices you own or control. Your use is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from: the Google Play Terms of Service on Android, or Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions on iPhone. We keep all rights in the app, including its code, levels, sounds, and artwork.
3. In-app purchases
- Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase in the in-game shop. It turns off ads in Circuit Sort on the store account that bought it.
- Any other optional items offered in the shop are sold as described there at the time of purchase. In-game items and currency have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Google Play processes the payment on Android, and Apple processes it on iPhone. We never see your payment details.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its own refund policy. Please request one through Google Play or Apple.
- Purchases apply only to Circuit Sort. They do not unlock anything in any other OrehRuoy app, and a purchase on one store does not carry over to the other.
- On iPhone, open the shop and tap Restore Purchases to get Remove Ads back after a reinstall or on a new device. On Android, reinstall while signed in to the same Google Play account.
- Game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app may remove it.
4. Third-party ads
Circuit Sort shows ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), such as banner and optional rewarded video ads. Ads are provided by Google and its partners, and we do not control or endorse their content. Your dealings with any advertiser are between you and that advertiser. How Google handles ad data is described in our Privacy Policy. Remove Ads turns off ads as described in the shop.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where the law allows it
- Try to bypass purchase or ad checks, or cheat by modifying the game or its save data
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content
- Use the app for anything unlawful
6. No warranty
Circuit Sort is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the app will be error-free or work on every device. We may change, rebalance, or remove levels and features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from using or being unable to use Circuit Sort. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
8. Changes to the app and these terms
We may update the app or change these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. If you keep using Circuit Sort after a change, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the developer lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protections you have under the laws where you live.
