1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Brock Hall, the independent developer who publishes Spectrum Sync as OrehRuoy ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using Spectrum Sync, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spectrum Sync on devices you own or control. Your use is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from: the Google Play Terms of Service on Android, or Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions on iPhone. We keep all rights in the app, including its code, Learning Center content, and artwork.

3. Free trial and Premium subscription

4. Coaching and your messages

Spectrum Sync suggestions are generated by AI, on your device or in Google's cloud. They may be wrong, miss context, or not fit your situation. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for your own messages. Coaching runs only after you turn on the Spectrum Sync Coach accessibility service, and you can pause it or turn it off at any time. How your text is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Not a medical device

Spectrum Sync is a social communication support tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

7. No warranty

Spectrum Sync is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the app will be error-free or work on every device. Coaching depends on supported apps, your device, and the availability of on-device and cloud AI.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from using or being unable to use Spectrum Sync. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app or change these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. If you keep using Spectrum Sync after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the developer lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protections you have under the laws where you live.
