StimPad Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026 · Last updated: November 4, 2026

App: StimPad · iOS bundle ID: com.stimpad.soundboard · Developer: Brock Hall (OrehRuoy)

The short version: you can use StimPad for personal use. The free tier shows ads. StimPad Plus is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store that unlocks the full sound library and removes ads, and refunds follow that store's policy. The app comes as is. It is a sensory soundboard, not a medical device.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Brock Hall, the independent developer who publishes StimPad as OrehRuoy ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using StimPad, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StimPad on devices you own or control. Your use is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from: the Google Play Terms of Service on Android, or Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions on iPhone. We keep all rights in the app, including its code, sounds, and artwork.

4. Third-party ads

The free tier shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob, with Unity Ads as a mediation partner. Ads are provided by those third parties, and we do not control or endorse their content. Your dealings with any advertiser are between you and that advertiser. How ad partners handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. StimPad Plus removes ads.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Not a medical device

StimPad is a sensory soundboard and fidget tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Please keep the volume at a comfortable level.

7. No warranty

StimPad is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the app will be error-free or work on every device. Sound playback depends on your device's hardware and settings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from using or being unable to use StimPad. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app or change these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. If you keep using StimPad after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the developer lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protections you have under the laws where you live.
